Balcony
Two French doors give access to a long balcony facing south. The balcony has a sitting area and offers views of the inner gardens and the Martini Tower in the centre.

The bathroom has a bath, separate shower and sink. There is a private toilet in the hallway.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a kitchenette with cold water, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and mini fridge.
There is no stove or hob.
Luggage, clothes and a silent place for reading
There is a private room for luggage, clothes, reading, phonecalls …
Second floor
StayRosy is located on the second floor. This gives more light, silence and view, but it makes it less suitable for people with walking difficulties.

General information
The accommodation is equipped for 2 guests. Pets are not allowed.
You can check in between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Let us know in advance what time you expect to arrive. Discuss the options if you want to bring your luggage earlier.
Upon arrival, ring the doorbell next to StayRosy. That is number 20a on the outside stairs.
The check-out time is 11 a.m. When leaving, you can ring the doorbell at 20a or give a message. Discuss the options if you want to pick up your luggage later.
These spaces (total 46 m2) are exclusively for the guests. Only the hallway is shared at daytime because it also provides access to an art studio and work space.
Guests have their own outside door that is opened with a code. You will receive the code at check-in.
Free rental bicycles are available
The QR code (and login) for making the Wifi connection is ready for you.
There is also a simple manual for using the TV.
We do not provide breakfast, but within a 5-minute walk you will find a breakfast cafe en two supermarkets with a rich daily fresh assortment.
Groningen has more nice breakfast cafes and it is possible to order breakfast online.
The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport (a bus every 10 minutes). From the main station, take bus 3 or 4 (stop Zaagmuldersbrug) or bus 10 (stop Floresplein).

The parking garage ‘Circus’ (Korreweg 9, 9715 AA) is a 10-minute walk away (4 minutes by car) and costs €12 per 24 hours.
In the city you can park on the street publicly. During the day you pay €4.50 per hour.
An interesting free parking spot is P+R Kardinge (Kardingerplein, 9735 AA). There are 780 parking spaces with sufficient charging stations for electric cars. Bus 3 and 4 run every 6 minutes to the Zaagmuldersbrug bus stop on our corner. The ride takes 3 minutes and costs €1.47. You pay with your OV chip card or debit card.
On the edge of the district, a 10-minute walk away on the corner of Korreweg-Ulgersmaweg (9731 BR), you can park for free all day. There are no houses there, so there is less supervision. By car, you have to take a 10-minute detour because the car bridge is being repaired.
– The quiet time is from 10pm to 7am.
– Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony.
– Drugs are not allowed.
– There are battery operated candles that you can use. Do not use candles.
– Close the balcony doors when you leave the suite.
– Leave it neat and tidy.
– Report any damage.
